Online Offer Policy
The following policies apply to all programs, courses, and services offered online. By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any of our offers, you agree to these terms.
Neema Coaching provides lifestyle and wellbeing coaching designed to help individuals develop sustainable health habits and improve overall wellbeing.
Programmes may include:
• Individual coaching sessions
• Group coaching sessions
• Educational resources and worksheets
• Online course materials delivered through a content hub
• Messaging or community support platforms
For example, the SHIFT programme is delivered as a 12-week coaching programme supported by online course materials and community support.
Coaching is a collaborative process. Guidance and support are provided, but results vary depending on individual circumstances, participation and personal commitment.
Some Neema Coaching programmes may recommend nutritional products or supplements designed to support the coaching experience and help optimise nutrition.
These products are purchased directly by the client from the product supplier through their own customer account and are not included in the coaching fee unless explicitly stated.
Neema Coaching does not process payments for these products and is not responsible for product transactions, delivery, returns, or refunds relating to those purchases.
Clients are responsible for reviewing product information, ingredients and suitability for their individual circumstances before purchasing or using any products.
Refund Policy
All programme purchases are considered final.
Due to the digital nature of programme materials and the immediate access provided to coaching resources, refunds are not offered unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
If a client chooses to withdraw from a programme after enrolment, any remaining scheduled payments under a payment plan remain payable.
Lifetime or Ongoing Access Policy
Some programmes may include extended or ongoing access to educational resources through an online content hub.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Access to course materials may continue beyond the official programme period
• Access to live coaching sessions, group calls, or community spaces may end when the programme period concludes.
Unused sessions or bonus coaching calls may expire at the end of the programme timeframe.
Monthly Payment Plan Policy
Clients may choose either:
• a single upfront payment for the full programme
• a monthly payment plan
Where a payment plan is selected, payments will be automatically processed through Stripe using the card details provided during enrolment.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorise Neema Coaching and its payment provider to process scheduled payments until the programme fee has been paid in full.
Payment plans are a commitment to the full programme fee and cannot be cancelled part way through.
Declined Payment Policy
If a scheduled payment fails:
• the system will automatically attempt to process the payment again
• access to programme materials, coaching calls, or community platforms may be temporarily paused until payment is successfully processed
Clients are responsible for ensuring payment details remain current
1:1 Call Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show Policy
Where programmes include private coaching sessions:
• At least one business day’s notice should be provided to reschedule a session.
• Sessions missed without notice may be considered forfeited.
One opportunity to reschedule may be offered where possible.
Repeated missed sessions may result in sessions being forfeited.
Privacy Policy
Neema Coaching is committed to protecting personal data and handling it responsibly in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We may collect personal information such as:
• name
• email address
• home address
• phone number
• health or lifestyle information voluntarily provided for coaching purposes
• payment information processed through third-party providers

Friends & Family Referral Policy
Neema Coaching may offer referral rewards or community-based incentives designed to encourage participants to share the programme with others who may benefit from the coaching services.
From time to time, participants may be entered into a monthly prize draw when they refer someone who joins the Neema Coaching community.
Participation in referral activities may also allow participants to receive additional rewards when a certain number of people they introduce choose to enrol in a programme.
For example, rewards may be offered when participants introduce two, four, six or eight people who enrol in a programme.
Details of current rewards, prize draws or incentive structures will be communicated within the community or programme materials and may change from time to time.
Referral rewards are intended as a gesture of appreciation for sharing the programme with others and do not constitute employment, partnership, or a formal sales role.
Neema Coaching reserves the right to amend or withdraw referral rewards or prize draws at any time.
Where prize draws are offered, winners will be selected fairly and notified directly.
Referral rewards and prize draws are open only to active participants in Neema Coaching programmes or community platforms.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared in programs or communities will not be disclosed outside of what is legally required.
Participants in group coaching environments are expected to respect the confidentiality of other members
Complaints
We aim to resolve complaints fairly and quickly. Please reply to any of the emails previously sent if you have a concern or complaint.
Variation

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder still applies in full effect.
